Action on Elder Abuse is a unique organisation that focuses exclusively on issues relating to the abuse of elderly people. We concentrate on those situations where an older person has been abused by someone they should have been able to trust. Our charitable object states that we shall promote the relief of elderly people and prevent elder abuse through raising awareness, education, research and the dissemination of information, and we undertake this work across the United Kingdom.
